This is an initial rough study. For more reliable statements on the buildability, an in-depth elaboration of the planning based on consultation with the city of Ratingen is necessary. Since the property must be assessed in accordance with § 34 BauGB (German Building Code), it is recommended that an application for a preliminary building permit be submitted in order to obtain a binding statement on the buildability.
