Buy a house in Wülfrath

A. Dix - 24. Februar 2026

I am very satisfied and grateful with the sale of my parents' house, during which I was supported by Mr. Kartheuser's team, especially Ms. Dickmann. As I live far away from the property that was sold, it would have been difficult for me to find buyers, etc. Everything was taken care of, my wishes were respected and fulfilled. My questions were answered quickly and competently. Thank you very much for everything.

Mr. Schönig

This is partly due to the professional attitude with which you handle "smaller" brokerage assignments, such as our apartment sale undoubtedly was, with the same commitment and conscientiousness that one would expect for large transactions. The intensive discussion/consultation on alternative options, which was necessary due to a special family situation, also demonstrated your extraordinary commitment, but also your in-depth expertise, which goes far beyond purely real estate-related issues.
