Following a significant decline in the previous year, the number of real estate transactions rose again by approximately 14% in 2024.A total of 2,534 purchase agreements were registered. At 871.5 million euros, the total transaction volume remained virtually unchanged from the previous year (-0.7%). Price trends have stabilized following the declines of previous years. Prices for existing homes have fallen slightly or are stagnating, while a slight increase can be observed for new construction.

With 982 sales, the market for single-family and two-family homes is the sector with the highest sales volume. Prices for existing homes have remained largely stable here.
