Personal background and experience:

Cem Sabur brings over 22 years of entrepreneurial experience to his work—with a large network, a keen sense of people, and in-depth expertise in the construction industry. These are ideal prerequisites for fair, competent, and trustworthy real estate consulting.

His professional career began in 2003 when he started his own business in the automotive industry. From 2009 onwards, he increasingly turned his attention to real estate – initially for personal reasons, as he was looking for a home for his family. Later, commercial properties and capital investments followed. What began as a personal challenge became a passion – and a clear realization: for many people, the search for the right property is complex, emotional, and often overwhelming. This experience gave rise to the desire to accompany others on this journey with empathy, honesty, and a solution-oriented approach.

At the same time, Cem Sabur worked for over nine years as an operations manager and real estate manager in a medium-sized company with around 300 employees at two locations. Leadership, clear communication, economic thinking, and respectful cooperation characterized his everyday professional life.
