The Appraisal Committee for Property Values in Mettmann District has published the 2025 Real Estate Market Report, which analyzes the period from November 16, 2023, to November 15, 2024. Following a significant decline in the previous year, the number of real estate transactions rose again by approximately 14% in 2024.A total of 2,534 purchase contracts were registered. At 871.5 million euros, the total transaction value remained nearly at the previous year’s level (-0.7%). Price trends have stabilized following the declines of previous years. Prices for existing homes have fallen slightly or are stagnating, while a slight increase is observed for new construction.
