Personal background and experience:

After completing her schooling in the summer of 2022, Carolin Schmitz began a dual degree program specializing in real estate management at the International University of Applied Sciences Düsseldorf.

In her free time, she enjoys sports, meeting up with friends, and working in the local high-end restaurant industry.

She is 19 years old, motivated, empathetic, and has been a member of the Kartheuser team since October 2022.
