Personal Background and Experience:

After finishing high school in the summer of 2022, Carolin Schmitz began her apprenticeship as a real estate agent at the EBZ vocational school, which she successfully completed in July 2026.

She has been part of the Kartheuser team since October 2022. After successfully completing her training, she now works as a real estate agent and also heads up the leasing department.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family. She also loves trying new things and getting a taste of different activities—because for her, being open to new experiences and seeing as much of the world as possible is part of life.
