Barry Reuter is a devoted family man with three children and lives in Düsseldorf-Grafenberg.

After earning his vocational diploma in construction engineering, he pursued his keen interest in real estate by completing an apprenticeship in real estate and housing management. He continued on this path by completing a supplementary course in the appraisal of developed and undeveloped properties at the European Real Estate Academy in Saarbrücken.

Why Kartheuser?

I’ve been working with Tim on the Kartheuser Immobilien brand for over 10 years. From the very beginning, I’ve enjoyed how openly we can discuss issues and try out new ideas. I love the constructive, sometimes controversial exchanges and the results they produce. There’s no such thing as standing still here, and that’s exactly what motivates me. I’m looking forward to bringing our other ideas and plans to life with this great team!

Kartheuser’s greatest strength:

When I look back at the guiding principles we developed for ourselves “back then” and see how deeply they’ve taken root throughout the company and among our employees, it makes me very proud. We’re a far cry from the industry’s typical image and have managed to create a service that lives up to its name and delivers real added value for our clients.

Although we’re a relatively young team, there’s a wealth of experience within the company. Our sales team has successfully brokered well over 1,000 properties in the region in recent years. That’s an incredible number!
