Personal Information and Experience:

Barry Reuter is a devoted father of three and lives in Düsseldorf-Grafenberg.

After earning his vocational diploma in construction technology, he pursued his deep interest in real estate by training as a real estate and housing management specialist. He continued on this path by completing a supplementary course in the valuation of developed and undeveloped properties at the European Real Estate Academy in Saarbrücken.

He loves spending his free time with his three daughters, preferably on the beach in Portugal. His interests include city trips, cooking and dining, and sports, especially volleyball and beach volleyball. He is also a passionate fan of BVB.

Why Kartheuser?

I’ve been working with Tim on the Kartheuser Immobilien brand for over 10 years. From the very beginning, I’ve enjoyed how openly we can discuss topics and try out new ideas. I love the constructive, sometimes controversial dialogue and the results that come from it. There’s no room for stagnation here, and that’s exactly what motivates me. I’m looking forward to bringing our future ideas and plans to life with this great team!

When I look at the guidelines we developed for ourselves “back then” and how deeply they’ve taken root throughout the company and among our employees, it makes me very proud. We’re a far cry from the industry’s typical image and have managed to create a service that lives up to its name and delivers real value to our clients.

Although we are a relatively young team, there is plenty of experience within the company. Our sales team has successfully brokered well over 1,000 properties in the region in recent years. An incredible number!
