The property

Here we present a multi-family house, which was built in the 1960s using solid construction methods. The property has a full basement and comprises a ground floor, two upper floors, and a converted attic with a total of five units.

Your investment property offers you one apartment on each level. A total of three apartments with two to three rooms (each approx. 64 m²) are available.

Düsseldorf-Heerdt is the westernmost district of the Rhine metropolis and, at first glance, looks like a small, independent town. It has everything you need for everyday life. The district borders directly on the Rhine, right where the river makes a small bend. The river creates a unique atmosphere and turns the banks of the Rhine into a promenade.
