Facilities

The apartment has been continuously cared for, maintained, and modernized by the owners over the past few years. The following measures were carried out as examples of this:

The local public transport network is also very well developed: the Ratingen-Ost S-Bahn station takes you to Düsseldorf and Essen in around 30 minutes; Cologne can be reached in about an hour. The Ratingen-Mitte bus station, with connections to the U72 tram line, is just a few minutes' drive away and provides numerous other connections within the city and to surrounding towns.

Ratingen-West is one of the newer districts of Ratingen and has a very good infrastructure. There is a wide range of schools: in addition to two elementary schools and a special school, there is a secondary school, an integrated comprehensive school, and a high school. Several daycare centers complement the range of facilities.

A nearby park is ideal for jogging and walking. Two large fitness studios and an ice rink are also within easy reach. The Mosaik shopping center offers comprehensive local amenities, including a large discount grocery store, a bakery, a post office, a pharmacy, and a delicatessen. Medical care is provided by a medical center. There is also another supermarket, a hardware store, and a furniture store in the immediate vicinity.
