We are delighted that our clients took the time to speak with Jasmin Wesser shortly before their move to the former federal capital. We had the privilege of assisting with the sale of their idyllic country home in Heiligenhaus Isenbügel.
Client Testimonials – We Say a Heartfelt Thank You
A testimonial from Lydia & Wilfried Klüners
Life is all about constant change, and our homes should adapt to that as well. “The house has become much too big now that the kids have moved out. And our plan has always been to move into an apartment when we retire and travel a lot,” Lydia Klüners explains by way of introduction. “The house—and especially the property—is too much work,” adds her husband, Wilfried. That’s why the couple decided to sell their house after 27 years. They did some research online and narrowed it down to two real estate agents they wanted to discuss their plans with first. Ultimately, they chose Kartheuser Immobilien.
“Your colleagues, Ms. Wesser, exuded incredible self-confidence,” says Ms. Klüners. “No hesitation, unlike with other real estate agents.” The couple especially remembers the statement: “It’s our pleasure to sell this house.” “That was encouraging! They know what they’re doing!” she reports. First up was the appraisal appointment. True to the saying “Four eyes see more than two,” Tim Kartheuser and André Bobbert were on site to assess the couple’s property. “The two of them made an incredibly confident and dedicated impression and had done their homework very well on the building and, above all, its unique outdoor location,” says Mr. Klüners.
To ensure the best possible preparation, meetings followed with the copywriter, the photographer, and other team members. In the background, the Objektcheck© was running. “It was really impressive—Mr. Bobbert had a lot to say that even we didn’t know,” Mr. Klüners praises. “He really enjoys doing this—you can tell!” his wife adds.
About four weeks after signing the contract, the digital property listing was ready for the couple’s approval. Mr. Klüners smiles with a twinkle in his eye: “We were surprised ourselves at what kind of house we actually live in!” The couple wanted to shorten the text a bit. “With those great photos, the house spoke for itself,” says Mrs. Klüners. The virtual 360° tour wasn’t published online but was used exclusively for one-on-one consultations with prospective buyers.
According to Mr. Klüners, the viewings went off very smoothly. Serious prospective buyers emerged quickly. And buyers were found just as quickly. “A truly wonderful family with two children who will really bring the house back to life.”
From the couple’s perspective, the sales negotiations were handled in a very pleasant manner. “No haggling—very pleasant and respectful,” recalls Ms. Klüners, and she goes on to praise: “I’ve never experienced or heard of anything like this before—that the real estate agent would oversee the purchase so closely that he worked with the notary to draft the purchase agreement and incorporated our specific requests. I felt that our interests were very well represented.” In conclusion, Lydia Klüners says: “We always felt well-informed and well-supported. The collaboration was very pleasant, friendly, and attentive, but always within the boundaries that the business requires.”
