The expert committee for property values in the city of Mülheim an der Ruhr has published its 2025 property market report. Analysis of the reporting period from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024, shows a slight upturn in the market after a weak previous year.
The total number of purchase agreements rose by 6.7% to 1,173. Monetary turnover recorded a significant increase of 23.1% to €463.35 million. This indicates a stabilization of the market, even though the uncertainties of previous years continue to have an impact.

The market for single-family and two-family houses proved robust. The number of sales rose by 19.8%. Purchase prices in all residential areas remained constant compared to the previous year.
