The property

This beautiful, very well-maintained single-family home was built in 1934 as a semi-detached house and is located in Düsseldorf's Angermund district on a spacious corner lot with excellent infrastructure. Public transport is also within walking distance – the Düsseldorf-Angermund S-Bahn station is just a few minutes' walk away. From there, there are excellent connections to the international airport (DUS), Düsseldorf city center, and the Ruhr area.

Please note that the central location of the Düsseldorf-Angermund S-Bahn station also means that rail traffic is present in this residential area.
