Personal details and experience:

Barry Reuter is a devoted father of three children and lives in Düsseldorf-Grafenberg.

After completing his vocational diploma in construction technology, he pursued his keen interest in real estate by training as a real estate agent. He continued on this path by completing additional studies in the valuation of developed and undeveloped properties at the European Real Estate Academy in Saarbrücken.

He loves spending his free time with his three daughters, preferably on the beach in Portugal. His interests include city breaks, cooking and eating, and sports, especially volleyball and beach volleyball. He is also a passionate fan of BVB.

Why Kartheuser?

I have been working with Tim on the Kartheuser Immobilien brand for over 10 years. Right from the start, I enjoyed how openly we discuss issues and try out new ideas. I love the controversial yet constructive exchange and the results that come out of it. There can be no standing still with us, and that is exactly what motivates me. I look forward to implementing our further ideas and plans in this great team!

Kartheuser's greatest strength:

When I look at the guidelines we developed for ourselves "back then" and how firmly they have become established throughout the company and among our employees, it makes me very proud. We are a far cry from the usual image of the industry and have managed to create a service that lives up to its name and creates real added value for our customers.

Although we are a relatively young team, there is a wealth of experience within the company. Our sales team has successfully brokered well over 1,000 properties in the region in recent years. An incredible number!
